Level 3 Quality Administrator
What is a Quality Administrator?
Quality control is a vital role in many organisations, particularly in science and technology.
As a Quality Administrator you’ll monitor quality standards across a range of processes and procedures for your organisation or functional area. You’ll play a key role in ensuring standards are maintained and accreditations are up-to-date. And you’ll keep things running efficiently and keep communications flowing between departments.
An apprenticeship on the Quality Administrator programme is a step towards more senior roles in quality control, administration and management.
What will I learn?
The foundations of this programme are based on the Business Administration Apprenticeship programme, which was designed with input from 45 top UK employers. With the addition of our module in Quality Procedures, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to become a much sought after Quality Administrator.
As well as a knowledge-based exam and a competency-based interview, you’ll be assessed with a project presentation. This offers a great opportunity for you to make your mark, by improving a service, process or procedure within your organisation.
The programme is ideal for both existing staff and new recruits. It takes 12-15 months.
The Quality Administrator programme provides apprentices with a wealth of transferable skills. Successful apprentices can often find themselves fast-tracked into more senior roles or becoming team leaders.
Some people choose to continue their apprenticeship journey with a Level 5 Departmental Manager or Level 6 Chartered Manager degree apprenticeship. This could lead to a Senior Leader Master’s apprenticeship (Level 7) at a later date.
