Client Relationship Manager

In this role you’ll be obsessed with delivering ridiculously excellent service, going above and beyond for your customer accounts and learners to ensure the apprenticeships are a resounding success for all, so much so, customers come back time and again for more! You’ll work in concert with businesses to help enable their growth through apprenticeships, striving for those win-win partnerships built on trust and understanding. Developing relationships sits at the heart of this role so you’ll love networking in the Science and Tech community, regularly meeting with your customers in-person, understanding their challenges, and how Tiro can help. You’ll also help to direct traffic and connect Tiro’s experts in recruitment, operations, or learning to your customers.
You’ll be curious and hungry to learn, indulging your inner nerd by asking questions, researching, and striking up conversation. You’ll need to be an outcomes and target focused person – missing targets just isn’t in your vocabulary. You’ll be resilient in the face of setbacks and identify where things fell down before adjusting your approach to bring about a better outcome next time round. You’ll be an awesome communicator, an expert collaborator and thrive on talking to and influencing people. You’ll need to be a self-starter, figuring out the best way to deliver on your responsibilities, smashing your targets and exceeding expectations. A key part of this will be having brilliant organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time.

At Tiro, we make great things happen for people. And that starts with you. You’ll receive:
- Starting salary between £35,000 and £40,000 depending on experience plus commission for hitting your targets month to month!
- 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Hours of work – you can choose your own hours, providing you’re around when stakeholders need you and clock up 37.5 hours per week
